  • 1 - Do you make custom parts?

    Yes, many of our connectors have developed from customer requests.  All design, testing and manufacturing is completed on-site at our facilities, allowing us to make any part in a timely and cost efficient manner.

  • 2 - How are your connectors made?

    Each connector is individually machined at our Los Angeles facilities.  Machining allows us to create custom sizes and with better quality than casted parts.

  • 3 - How do I determine which part number I need?

    Contact your territory manager or our Customer Service representatives to help you find the perfect tool or connector to complete your job.

  • 4 - Where are your tools made?

    All of our Tools are proudly made at our Los Angeles facilities.

  • 5 - How can I view specific drawing or product specifications?

    You can view our customer PDF Drawings 24 hours a day.  If you need an Autocad version, go to our login section, create an account and follow the steps to receive access to that library.  If you need additional information, contact your territory manager.

  • 6 - Are your connectors rated to 230kV/345kV/500kV/765kV?

    All of our connectors are designed to exceed their listed maximum rating.

  • 7 - Are your connectors tested to the standards of the utility industry?

    Yes, we meet and exceed all testing requirements for the industry.

  • 8 - Can I do a trial before I buy the tool?

    Yes, Contact us to conduct a free trial or for more information on our rental and lease programs.

  • 9 - Do you charge for tooling and product training?

    There is no charge for our training and we can have your crews back to work within 30 minutes.

  • 10 - Do you ship to my country?

    Yes, we have customers located around the world and can ship connectors and tools anywhere.

  • 11 - What is your warranty on your fittings and tools?

    There is a 90 day warranty on fittings; new tools, parts & labor have a 1 year warranty.

  • 12 - Can we purchase direct?

    Yes, all tooling and connectors can be purchased through your Territory Manager.
